Software architect for a team of 20 responsible for the maintenance and evolution of Cirque du Soleil's line of business applications (~ 150 applications).
Outsourcing contract for 10 years and 40,000 man-days.

• Changed the maintenance process by injecting industrialization techniques
• Reorganized work methodology used by developers on evolutions
• Environments management (development, test, production, etc.)
• Introduced an automatic graduation process

AXA France (Logica)

Software architect responsible for the conception of an extranet meant to be used by a life insurrance distribution network.
Creation of a web UI connected to an MVS mainframe. Estimation : 1,500 man-days.

• Evaluated the complexity of the application
• Responsible for the start and approbation of the project
• Introduced Agile methodology in a CMMI level 2 environment

Paris Re (Logica)

Software architect - Rewrite of 4 line of business client-server applications from more than 1,000,000 lines of VB5 code to C#/.Net 2.0.
The applications were connected to a BEA Tuxedo back-end and shared a common framework.
Team of 5 - around 4,000 man-days.

• Conceived system and applications architecture
• Participated in team recruitment in collaboration with the project manager
• Taught and supported the development team
• Wrote development norms
• Developped Visual Basic code analysis tools to help with the migration process
• Defined the workflow and work environment for the development team

AXA France (Logica)

Software architect and project manager responsible for the creation of the http://epargneentreprise.axa.fr website.
400 man-days and 3 people in charge of conception and realisation of the website that was part of a major project (more than 50,000 man-days).
The website used CMS technologies (TeamSite).

Europe Assistance Groupe (Logica)

Team leader for a project that consisted in functionaly testing a major application.
Team of 6 for a 2,000 man-days project.
